Exchange Policy – Amanda’s House of Elegance
At Amanda’s House of Elegance, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. That’s why we offer online and in-store exchanges or store credit—because happy customers are always in style.
We gladly accept exchanges or offer store credit on any unworn, unused, and non-defective merchandise within 30 days of the order shipment date. Please note, we do not offer refunds, and all items must be returned in their original packaging with a receipt as proof of purchase.
✨ Important Notes:
- Earrings are final sale due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Sale and clearance items are also final sale and non-returnable.
- Items must be in new condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
How to Exchange an Online Order
Need to exchange something from an online order? No problem!
Email us at info@amandashouseofelegance.ca with your order number and we'll walk you through the process. You can exchange by mail or in person at our boutique in beautiful downtown Kingston.

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
- All return parcels must be fully insured and tracked.
- Amanda’s House of Elegance is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
- We cannot refund shipping fees, duties, or taxes.
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be declined.
