Return/Exchange Policy:
15 Day exchange or store credit with original receipt/invoice. Item must be unused, unwarn, and in its original packaging . Tags must not be removed.

Final Sale Items Include: earrings, bath or food related products, and discounted items.

Shipping Policy:
We use Canpar, Loomis Express, Purolator, GLS, FED EX, UPS and Canada Post to ship out orders. If you have a P.O box or require Canada Post as a shipping method, please specify this in the order message during checkout. Shipping takes anywhere from 6-14 business days depending on location.

House of Elegance is NOT responsible for delays with shipping, international duties, customs charges, or products that are lost or damaged in the mail (courier will be responsible once the package is shipped). Customer is responsible for duties and taxes. Shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable. Orders over $150 may require a signature upon delivery. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. House of Elegance is not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. A separate shipping charge will be required to re-ship the package if the courier returns it to us for any reason.
